 Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure your entire experience at WakeUpNWork.com is an enjoyable one. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s). All returns & exchanges must be filed with Customer Support within 15 days of the date received, and physically returned within 30 days of the date received. Please include your initial invoice sheet provided in your initial package. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

 
Returned items must not be worn, washed, or tarnished in any way. All returned items must also be returned in its original garment bag if one is received as such. Any items returned with a defect that is not noted in the return request email or signs that do not conform with Wake Up And Work, L.L.C.'s return policy may be declined.
 
Exchanges are only valid for a different size or color of the same product. All exchanged items must not be worn, washed, or tarnished in any way. All exchanged items must also be returned in its original garment bag if one is received as such.  Current Orders
Unfortunately, any current orders that have forgotten to use a discount code or promo code cannot be adjusted. Our software does not allow prices to be adjusted after an order is placed. Please ensure you input the correct information before processing your order(s). If we have not yet shipped your order, please contact us via Customer Support and we can cancel your order so that you can reorder using the correct discount/promo code.

Due to high demand for particular products, we cannot guarantee any cancellations will allow you to re-purchase the same product in time before it gets resold. 
For any & all items on backorder, please allow 14-21 days for receipt of item.
 Commonly Asked Questions

Can I change my order? Orders cannot be changed once they are placed. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so prior to the order being shipped. Please contact our Customer Support for additional information.
 
Is my account information private? Yes. Your account/personal information is both private and confidential. Please review our additional Privacy & Security page for additional reassurance.
 
Do you have gift cards? Great news! We are now selling Gift Cards through our website! Choose the gift card option in our store to purchase with any amount of your choosing. Our Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
 
Do you have a physical location? We do not have any physical locations, however you may be able to find us in certain gyms and at certain Fitness Expo's around the country. We add an event calendar and send out an email blast when we book an Expo show, so you should Subscribe to receive these emails. However, for San Diego based orders, In-Person order Pick-Up is an option at check-out.

Any items on 'Sale' are for Final Purchase only. Returns & Exchanges cannot be made on these items.

 Recommended Care Instructions

It is highly recommended that all of our products are machine washed cold, and tumble dried on low. If between sizes, select the smaller size for a form fit, or bigger size for relaxed fit. If item runs small as outlined, select size up.

If items received are bigger than expected, tumble dry on low temperature for a full cycle. New items purchased should be washed separately in first cycle.

For items purchased that are on back order (will note that it is out of stock), please allow 14-21 days for receipt of item.
