Core Values

At Wake Up And Work, there are several pillars to our success and for an outlook on a brighter future. Below are just a few of our core values that we expect, and also ones we wish to implore onto those that support the movement as we hope to establish a community of team members that ultimately become family, as well as customers that do as well.
  • Kindness - Treat everyone with the same level of respect that you expect to receive. It doesn't matter who you are, what your story is, where you come from, how you got to where you are, who your parents are, etc. Everyone should be treated the same way no matter their background and past. We're all equals and the expectation is that everyone acts as such. If you can't align with those simple morals, than this isn't the company, or brand, for you to be a part of.
  • Commitment - Control your work ethic. It's our single most absolute asset that we have 100% control over. We have to understand that there's no way we'll achieve the goals we set out for if we aren't willing to put in the necessary level of effort each and every day in doing so. Dedicate yourself to doing whatever it takes to be happy & successful, whatever those two things mean to you.
  • Perseverance - Use your past to guide you, not define you. We all have skeletons in our closet. We all have a story. We've all been through some horrors in life. It's on us to make sure we turn those struggles into strengths as they guide us to a better future for ourselves.
  • Confidence - Never give up on your goals, ever. They matter, you matter. Your goals are worth it and you do have what it takes and nobody can tell you otherwise or take that away from you. Believing in yourself is your power, and that is what you need to hold closest to you. Don't ever give up.
  • Community - Give back as often as you can. I always promised myself that I would do anything & everything I can to give back to my community, non-profits, charities, and so on in order to continuously pay it forward throughout my life. We all have the power to make the world a better place, and there's no better way to start than in the likes of helping those around you.
